All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in pristine condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories or documentation included. A restock fee of up to 25% may be applied to all returns.  Restocking fees/credits will be applied based on the condition of the product after EchoTech Wireless, LLC has received it. All testable products that are returned as DOA or Under Warranty defective and test "no trouble found" will be returned to the customer at their expense and may be subject to an inspection fee.  All original components must be included or product will be returned to the customer at their expense.  A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

If the condition of the returned product is unacceptable, or the exact product is not received as represented at time of RMA issuance, the product will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense and no credit will be applied.

Dead on Arrival (at time of installation) - All DOA products must be claimed within five days of receipt and returned to EchoTech Wireless, LLC within 30 days of RMA issuance. Outside of 30 days, defective product will fall under warranty guidelines (see Warranty Policy below).  DOA product will be replaced, not credited.

Under Warranty – See manufacturers' warranty and policies. After 30 days all product and request for repair / replace must be made directly with the manufacture. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer(s) to repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own written warranty policies.  

Returns -
Returns on all standard products - You may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Return shipping to EchoTech Wireless, LLC is at customers' expense.  Returns for exchange, credit or refund are subject to the restocking fees as outlined above.

Returns on custom products (non-configured, non-stocked, special orders - including custom-configured amplifiers and custom cable assemblies) - Custom orders are not returnable and are non-refundable. All sales are final. (Exception: DOA Status, see policy.)

Mis-shipments - If EchoTech Wireless, LLC mis-ships your order, you must notify us within five days of receipt. Once we determine that the order was mis-shipped due to an error on our part, we will issue an RMA to exchange, not credit, the product. Errors made at the time of ordering by the customer (i.e., customer ordered the wrong product) will fall under the return policy above.

Order Cancellation - All standard product cancellations are acceptable at no charge if order has not yet been processed or shipped. All other cancellations are subject to approval and will incur a fee based on the vendor cancellation fees charged. Product en-route is no longer considered a cancellation and is subject to the RMA rules.
