STREAKWAVE WIRELESS, INC. ACQUIRES ECHOTECH WIRELESS, LLC

Streakwave Wireless Inc., (“Streakwave”) a leading Value-Added Distributor for wireless broadband solutions and related products, today announced the acquisition of EchoTech Wireless, LLC.  The EchoTech Wireless management team and employees will now serve as an additional global distribution / logistics center in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Streakwave will continue to be headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose, California and will now have two strategically-located facilities staffed with both sales/engineering and distribution personnel to better serve the market’s needs.
